- Experiments: gave up coffee for a month, did a 3-day fast

Review:
- I did get to run a 10K
- I didstart sleeping earlier (I used to routinely sleep past midnight earlier!)
- I haven’t really become a morning person yet 😐
Tentative New Years’ Resolutions:
- Wake up earlier in the morning
- Write more frequently, share more of what I’m thinking, doing, learning
- Run two 10Ks
